Gagne Affiliation: Played against Norm as a high school player when he was coaching at Waterville, started coaching against him in 2015 when Norm was at Scarborough and eventually his alma mater Edward Little. My father Troy Kavanaugh coached Mt. Ararat HS against Norm 1984-1989 when he was still at Gardiner. I also served alongside him on the executive board of the Maine High School Hockey Coaches Association for 9 years.
